I really like it. However it is too repetitive and needs better mastering.

I like how the piano and the synths sound together.

Techtonicks responds:

which part do you think needs to be mastered? ill go back and fix it

Sounds pretty good so far. You are definately developing a unique style. Overall I think it sounds a bit muted. I think it would sound better if you let the sound widen a bit more.

I absolutely love the atmosphere here. I only wish you went a little further with the melody but it sounds really nice!

NGKFlower responds:

yeah, i think it did seem to miss something, but im glad you like it.

Okay, this "pop" song, as you would like to call it is crazy good. I love it! Definately retro, and very well done. Reminds me of a few games I used to play long ago. Also it gives me a Runescape vibe from the old days when it was actually good ^^.

I'm scouting you for the audio portal. I want to hear more, I like your style!

Oh man sweet bassline and great intro with the lead synth at 1:15 and again at 2:27! Unfortunately at 2:41 my head explodes from the awesomeness and I can't enjoy the song anymore. My free consciousness will have to write the rest of this review.

You have a very interesting style, but I like it. How you progress the song slowly then break it down and do it all over again.

9/10 would listen again! xD

The only thing I would change is the reverb on the cymbols in the beginning is too long.

Exkekx responds:

Great review! I tried to make the song sound as epic as possible, so I think I succeeded xD

Wow, I really enjoyed this song! Instantly reminded me of some amazing games I have played a long time ago. The mastering is excellent! The composition is very complex and the melody is engaging and easy to hum along with.

Very good job on this one!

NGKFlower responds:

thanks!

I like how the beginning cuts out. And good job on the panning, it does well to immerse you in the song. However at times there is some dissonance, so I would try and keep the notes working together. You did do well keeping it serious, though and that is good. I feel it is missing something, like the song is being held back.

You did a very nice job on it though! I look forward to more!

NGKFlower responds:

thanks, i was kinda thinking it was missing something as well. but i'm glad you like it.
:)

Nice! I really like this one. I think it would have been better if you spent more time developing the melody in the beginning. Also, the audio clips were great, but it could be improved if you added stuttering to the voice, where in certain parts his voice would stutter with the wobble bass. (I recognize his voice, is that Nova? I used to watch his Happy Wheels series.)

Unknown8 responds:

Wow, Thanks for the detailed response! And thanks for the feedback. I'll keep it all in mind for when I start another song. And yup, that's Nova.

Scouted! It's so hard sometimes to find a good dubstep song, with such a great melody and progression! I'm a fan and I look forward to hearing some more. :D

If you don't mind, check out some of my work too. I'd really appreciate it. :)

Wow I really like this! I'm actually going to be getting that anime and watching it soon so I can't wait to compare this song to the original!

I really like it, this is something I could listen to all day, and I have added it to my music library! :D
Also for some reason I really like the portion with the slight dissonance, it still feels right and makes the whole song seem to fit all together a little bit more. Keep up the good work, I really enjoy this!

LazyBucks responds:

Thanks a lot mate!
Lovely review! :D
